Have facebook had replaced our blog? March 14, 2010

Somehow I engaged in my facebook with my friends and colleagues for a certain time that I forget my own blog. I haven’t post any news at all for at least two months. I had checked the stat counter of the blog and it is really dropping. Of course if there is no update news, no one would like to come across your blog any more.

There are still some differences between facebook and blog:

Facebook is just between your tagged friends or colleagues but blog is open to public and the content can be searched by most portal web engine like yahoo, google, etc.

Facebook content is timely-orientated, it will turned over and replaced by updated news time after time but blog provided a personal daily and monthly frame so that you can read any past contents by just a few clicks.

I usually use my iphone for chinese input in my facebook, but I can only use my english typing in my blog for most readers because english is still the most common international language.

After reading the past comments in my blog, I decided to go on writing new post in my blog in the future in order to connect with the world.

After facebook familiar to everyone, I had already forgotten my own blog. More than one month that I had not add any new post, but after I read the Sony news about lauching new DC in 2010 CES, I had decided to write my blog about it again.

Sony has designed two new innovative Cyber-shot cameras (models DSC-HX5V and DSC-TX7) that are the world’s first compact digital still cameras to include full HD (1920 x 1080 60i) Advanced Video Codec High Definition (AVCHD) video capability. They are also the world’s smallest and thinnest AVCHD capable cameras.

These are the first Cyber-shot cameras with an in-camera Backlight Correction High Dynamic Range (HDR) feature for managing difficult lighting situations and TransferJet wireless technology for sharing, storing and viewing images. The HX5V model is also the world’s first still camera to include GPS + Compass and Optical SteadyShot with Active Mode technologies.

With Sony’s “Exmor R” back illuminated CMOS sensor technology, these cameras provide excellent low-light performance, 10fps burst shooting and the new Intelligent Sweep Panorama feature.

In addition to its cameras, Sony introduced three other devices with TransferJet technology at CES, including a Sony Memory Stick memory card (model MS-JX8G) with a wireless transmitter/receiver, a Sony TransferJet Station (model TJS-1) and a VAIO® F Series notebook.
