Breakfast time in a free off duty day March 4, 2009

After 6 days of ED continued day shift, I felt fatigued and tired , so I slept early night and wake up spontaneously this morning at 0900. Seeing the window outside with a sunny day and a free off duty day, I go to Dante Coffee to have a leisure and freedom breakfast.
This week I had diagnosed one PPU case and two diverticulitis cases by ED ultrasound. Although it is hard and tired during work but I gained more ultrasound experience than before and that is worthful.
